Search

The Search zone allows you to search for promise to pay. This zone contains the following two sections:

• Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description	Mandatory (Yes or No)
  Person Name	Used to search for promise to pay which belong to a particular person.	No
  Promise To Pay ID	Used to search promise to pay with promise to pay ID. Note: The promise to pay ID is generated automatically after promise to pay is created.	No
  Account ID	Used to search for a particular account.	No

  Note: You must specify at least one search criterion while searching for a promise to pay.

• Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:

  Column Name	Column Description
  Person Name	Displays the name of the person associated with the promise to pay.
  Promise To Pay ID	Displays the promise to pay ID.
  Account ID	Displays the account ID associated with promise to pay.
  Start Date	Displays the start date of the promise to pay.
  Promise To Pay Status	Displays the status of promise to pay.
  Debt Class	Displays the debt class of the account associated with the promise to pay.
