Shared Assets

Use the Shared Assets page to manage assets that are available to all portals. More

Your role determines the assets you can manage, and which menu options are available. Menu options appear greyed out if you do not have the required permissions for a particular asset. More

Page Templates	Select to display the Page Templates page, where you can create and manage page templates for use in all portals. Page templates define how individual pages and groups of pages display in a portal. More
Resource Catalogs	Select to display the Resource Catalogs page, where you can create and manage resource catalogs for use in all portals. Resource catalogs expose the components and connections that members can add to pages, page templates, page styles, and task flows. More
Skins	Select to display the Skins page, where you can create and manage skins for use in all portals. Skins help to achieve a desired appearance and look and feel across a portal or portals. More
Page Styles	Select to display the Page Styles page, where you can manage page styles for use in all portals. Page styles define the layout of a newly created page and the type of content the page supports. More
Content Presenter	Select to display the Content Presenter page, where you can manage display templates available for use in all portals. More
Task Flow Styles	Select to display the Task Flow Styles page, where you can manage templates for creating task flows in all portals. More
Layouts	Select to display the Layouts page, where you can manage and define layouts that can be applied to new or existing pages and page styles. More
Task Flows	Select to display the Task Flows page, where you can create and manage task flows for use in all portals to display data. More
Data Visualizations	Select to display the Data Visualizations page, where you can manage data visualizations for use for all portals. More
Visualization Templates	Select to display the Visualization Templates page, where you can manage visualization templates for use for all portals. More
