Commerce Service Center enables you to create new customer profiles, and to edit existing customer profiles. In this section you can learn how to manage customer information.

This section primarily describes how to perform these activities through the Customers task area. Many of these tasks can also be performed during the process of creating an order. For example, if you submit an order for a new customer, you can create a customer profile from the information you record when you create the order. If an existing customer uses a new credit card or shipping address, you can add the card or address to the customer’s profile.
