You can search for an existing order in one of two ways:
By order number, order status or order date. You can also search by customer login, customer first name, last name or e-mail address, or by a SKU ID. You can also restrict the search to find orders submitted between specific dates
By advanced search criteria, which allows you to includes the customer shipping and /or billing information
When you search by order number or SKU ID, enter either the full number or a portion. When you search using advanced search criteria, enter the full address or billing information, or a portion. Search is not case-sensitive.
Use the arrow buttons on the Order Search Results page to move through the search results. You can sort the search results by clicking any of the column headings.
Note: You cannot search for incomplete orders, or orders that you have not yet submitted.
