When you are working with an order and an item within the order qualifies for a free gift, one of two actions may occur:
If the item qualifies for a single free gift, the item is added to the shopping cart. The price of the free gift will be set to $0.00. If the free gift item has already been added to the order, the Total Price of the item will change to $0.00
If the item qualifies for a gift that must be selected, the Select Free Gift link appears
Should the gift that is selected not be available, you will be informed that the free gift selections are not available.
In the case where two gifts in the same line item come from different promotions, Commerce Service Center allows you to change the first gift in the item. To change the second gift, you need to remove the first gift from the item, and then change the second gift.
