Click to Call 10.0 Users Note: If you are working with an order from a customer that contacted you through the optional Click to Call integration, meaning that you entered, or were routed to, a Click to Call phone number, ask the customer to navigate off of the check out pages to ensure that they can continue working on the Website once you have completed your interaction with them. When you modify an order for a Click to Call customer, they will encounter synchronization errors if they are still on a check out page.

Note: Commerce Service Center does not support B2B features, such as contracts, organizations, PO payment types, cost centers, B2B approvals or line-level payment types. Nor does it support coupon tracking in returns and exchanges or coupon limits added to an order by agents. Orders that contain B2B features will be viewable, but you will not be able to edit these orders.

A new order is automatically associated with the active customer. When you start a new call, the active customer is Anonymous Profile, which is an anonymous, temporary profile. You can select an existing customer, or you can create the order for the anonymous profile. Refer to Searching For Customers.

Creating an order involves the following steps:

  1. From the Orders button, select the Create New Order menu option.

  2. Add items to the order. Refer to Adding Items to an Order.

  3. Review your selections in the Shopping Cart.

  4. Specify the shipping information for the order. Refer to Selecting a Shipping Address for a New Order.

  5. Specify the shipping method for the order. Refer to Entering Shipping Methods.

  6. Specify the payment information for the order. Refer to Adding Billing Information.

  7. Submit the order. Refer to Submitting an Order.

When you create an order, Commerce Service Center automatically applies any available promotions to the order. These promotions may be global promotions applied to all customers, or promotions specific to the customer.

Note: Customer-specific promotions are listed on various pages of the Commerce Service Center, but global promotions will show up only on the checkout pages. For more information about promotions, refer to the ATG Commerce Guide to Setting Up a Store.
