Setting a Preferred Language (CSR)

New topics. The use cases has been added for all users and CSRs to set a preferred language in implementations that have been localized. The preferred language is used in the user's subsequent sessions of Oracle Self-Service E-Billing.

Viewing and Managing Company Users

Modified topic. This use case has been enhanced for the new feature to add multiple users. Also, an administrator can no longer delete his or her own profile.
