When updating the Oracle Integrated Lights Out Manager (ILOM) service processor (SP) firmware using Oracle System Assistant, a login prompt appears. To perform the firmware update, you must log in as a user who is either an Administrator, or as a user with advanced (aucro) role privileges.

Workaround:
This is not a defect. This is expected behavior.
