The Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) diagnostic tests in Oracle Integrated Lights Out Manager (ILOM) allow you to test and detect problems on motherboard components, drives, ports, and slots. You can use either the Oracle ILOM web interface or the command-line interface (CLI) to run UEFI diagnostics. From Oracle ILOM, you select the level of test that you want to perform.
