The Research tab allows you to find content to help your customers. You can look for content by browsing, or by searching, which includes advanced options.
The main content pane in the Research tab is the Find Answers pane, where you can search, browse, and view results. It contains the Search/Browse panel, where you look for content to help your customer, and the Results panel, where the results are displayed in a list.
