By default, the ATG Knowledge Dashboard Reports are accessed in the ARC by navigating to Public Folders > ATG > Customer Care > Dashboards; there you will find the My Dashboard initial dashboard for ATG Knowledge Reports, which uses the reports in the Dashboard Reports folder. Click on My Dashboard to view the ATG Knowledge Dashboard Reports.
