ATG Knowledge allows you to create your own Solution Queries and Solution Review Queries, which constrain the set of solutions that are searched when you perform a search in the Research or Tasks tabs. In this section we will focus on Solution Queries for use in the Research tab.
Solution Search Queries are restricted to searching within solutions. To search non-solution files or documents, you must use the Search Files or Solutions radio button in Advanced Options. For more information on searching non-solution files, see Searching Files and Solutions.
Note: A Solution Query is only available in the Research tab, when searching for files or solutions to link to tickets. A Solution Review Query is only available in the Tasks tab, when searching for solutions to edit or review. See Reviewing Tasks for more information.
You can save any commonly used query as a Favorite Query and run it again later. Any queries you create can be personal (available only to you) or public (available to other agents).
