If you have the appropriate access rights, you can push documents to certain groups of users. These documents are displayed then displayed in each user’s Recommended Reading panel in a clickable and right-clickable list. The Recommended Reading panel can include both solutions and files.
There are two ways to create Recommended Reading:
When working with a document anywhere in ATG Knowledge, select Add to Recommended Reading in the Next Steps panel.
When working with a document in the Recently Viewed, Hot Solutions, Recent Search Criteria, or Favorites panels, right-click on the document and choose Add to Recommended Reading.
You can then select an owning group or groups for whom the document is intended.
