A task is accessible to any user who belongs to its owner pool. Any user who belongs to a task’s owner pool can complete the task or assign it to another user in the pool. Membership in an owner pool is determined by the Set Access Rights option in the workflow’s corresponding task element. The Set Access Rights option lists the user roles with access to the task. A user can be assigned one or more roles. Any user who has a role with access to a task is a member of that task’s owner pool.

The following list shows the default owner pools for the workflow tasks that are provided with ATG Content Administration:
