The State of North Dakota has rolled out Remote Worker functionality

Just like many other organizations, the State of North Dakota, was faced with the challenge of tracking remote workers. With over 60 agencies and 1,800 departments, the State rolled out Employee Self Service Remote Worker to their employees and managers in mid-July, 2022.

We knew that gathering the data was just the first step. The ability to create visualizations to understand where employees were working by agency and department was essential for administrators, thus the creation of our first Kibana dashboard. The State used the delivered visualizations as a guide to create a dashboard that was unique to their organization.
