The Dimension Value Id Manager is a CAS component that creates, stores, and retrieves dimension value identifiers. Dimension value Ids are used by Oracle Commerce components, such as Oracle Commerce Workbench, and also by the Oracle Commerce APIs as part of URLs in an application's navigation state.
