The CAS-based <appName>_dval_id_mappings.csv dimension mapping file is constructed from the Forge-output <appName>.dimensions.xml dimensions file. The generated file can be loaded directly to the CAS-based Dimension Value ID Manager. For every XML Node dimension, the NAME attribute specifies the dimension name, and the child XML DIMENSION_NODE Node wraps the information about the dimension values and DVAL_ID for the dimension.
