Remarks on program function
The data for the print sections can be updated, i.e. created, changed or deleted, with this program. Data which has already been stored can be displayed.
Different Section types for a Print form are stored in the print section.

Remarks on data fields
The following details all options available for update of the basic data.
The following applies to this program:
- The entry mask may differ in your MICROS Retail OSCAR POS program depending on the set-up of the user program. Some data fields may be missing.
- Some data fields may have defaults or defined selection options so that they cannot be updated in this program.
- The entry mask may contain fields with enforced entries, and in other fields entries may be optional.
- If the data record is updated over several pages of entry masks the dialog window is reached by clicking on the appropriate button with <Mouse key 1>.
- The procedure is the same if you want to call up another update program from this program.
- In some cases you may find the so-called. "Switches" which are either activated or deactivated - depending on the setting - by clicking with <Mouse key 1>. Activated switches have a dark top, deactivated switches are lighter.
Print form group
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the print form group for which the print section is to be updated.
If a new group is to be programmed, a free no. should be entered in the Key fields.
Changes or deletions can be completed after call up of the data record from a number entry in the key fields. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with the Search function.

Select one of the offered section types by clicking on this field and with a second click confirming the selection.

Print form
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Number of the print form which is linked to this print section.
Print section
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Number of the print section under which this print form is stored in the database.
Print section name
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 20 pos.
Name of the print section. This is a firmly defined name and marks the print section for a specific printable object.
Condition
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
The number of the linked print condition is entered in this field as per the section type.
The print conditions define for each section type what is to be printed on receipt or form under which conditions. This can be a simple condition or a complex one with a variety of logical comparison operands.
Print conditions are updated in program Print conditions.
Cut at the end
Button active: There will be
receipt cut after print of this section.
Button deactivated: No receipt cut after print of this section.
Disabled
Button active: This print
section will not be printed.
Button deactivated: This print section will be printed.
