The customer clicks the Forgotten Password link in the login screen and enters his or her email address.
The system validates that the email address matches an existing customer profile. If no match is found, the system does nothing, and the customer does not receive an email.
If the email does match an existing profile, the system generates a temporary password and updates the profile with the new value. The password is set to expire the first time the customer uses it to log in.
The temporary password is sent to the customer’s email address. The contents of the email are shown below.

The next time you log in to your account, you will be asked to create a password of your own choosing.
