From the Reports tab you can access any of the Site Traffic reports. You will see them listed in the lower left section of your screen under the Customer Service menu.
Oracle Commerce Cloud Service reports categorize your web store’s site traffic data under the following three sub-categories:
Traffic Volume - displays information relating to traffic volume experienced by your web store, broken down by day, week, or month. This report includes metrics such as number of visits, number of visitors and the number of pages viewed.
Engagement - displays information relating to how engaged your visitors were while on your site, broken down by day, week, or month. This report includes metrics such as page view per visit, number of new user registrations, and the registration rate.
Conversion - displays information relating to the number of conversions that occurred on your site, broken down by day, week, or month. This report includes metrics such as the number of visits resulting in orders and the average value of various revenue figures (gross, net, discount) per visit.
