You cannot delete a contact. You can deactivate a contact by unselecting the active checkbox on the contact’s profile page. You can also remove a contact’s association with an account. When you remove a contact from an account, the contact is not displayed in the account’s list of contacts and the user associated with the contact does not have access to the account.
