To enable paying through loyalty points, you need to add a loyalty point payment option to the checkout page:
Open the Checkout Layout that you are using on your storefront. (The default is Checkout Layout with GiftCard.)
Switch to grid view.
Add the Loyalty Payment widget to the layout.
Publish your changes.
Note that in addition to the Loyalty Payment widget, Commerce Cloud includes a Loyalty Details widget that displays information about loyalty programs the shopper is enrolled in and the shopper’s current point totals. You may want to add the Loyalty Details widget to your checkout page or to another page, such as the shopper profile page.
