The pricing terms (e.g., rates, contract quantities, riders, bill factor values, load curves, TOU maps, etc.) used to generate a quote detail's simulated bill segments reside on a special type of service agreement (SA) referred to as a "proposal SA". Proposal SAs are like real SAs in many respects. In fact, you can view and change a proposal SAs pricing terms using the same transaction used to maintain real service agreements (i.e., service agreement maintenance).
