Understanding Switch-Specific Commands
activate Command (switch-specific)
deactivate Command (switch-specific)
Performs a quick CMC check. Issued on the CMC.
m9diag
This switch-specific command returns the results of the last POST, performs the i2test command, and performs the env_test command. The output is a quick overview of the CMC’s status. If any test is FAILED or has an error, of if the measured voltages deviate more than 10% from the normal values, there is a problem with the CMC or the power supplied to the CMC.
The following example shows how to perform a quick CMC check with the m9diag command.
