ATG’s Offer Management capabilities refer to the ability to create, present, and deliver personalized dynamic content to individual users of the ATG Service applications. Content is personalized based on the internal user of the application (agent), the customer they are serving, or a combination of both. Content may include product promotions for cross-sells and up-sells to the customer, solutions that help guide the agent in helping the customer, or information bulletins specific to the type of agent using the application.

This document provides a summary of how all of the elements of offer management fit together, as well as guidelines about creating and managing those elements to produce the correct results: the right content targeted to the right people at the right time. Provided within are guidelines for creating content and defining slots and scenarios appropriately when working with both internal and external profiles as used in ATG Service.

This document references existing ATG documentation about various ATG technologies, but is not intended as substitute for those documents.
