The Offer Management Settings page is where you specify which slots should render content in which panels in ATG Service Center. For each Offer Management panel, you can select from a list of available slots (specified in the Manage Slots page). You must select a renderer to be used with the slot, specify the number of items to display when the content renders, and select Internal or External profile. The selection of Internal or External profile is critical; it must be consistent with the way the scenario is set up (whether the scenario is intended to fill a customer-aware slot or an agent-aware slot). External is selected for customer-aware slots (i.e., customer is the main subject) and internal is selected for agent-aware slots (i.e., agent is the main subject). Refer to Understanding Internal and External Profiles, as well as the sections Out of the Box Samples and Common Use Cases with examples about when to pick external versus internal.

Once the slots have been added to the panel, you can move the slots up or down in the panel to put them in the desired display order. Once the slot selections for the panel are saved, the content displays in ATG Service Center.
