The Description column in the Profile and Content Groups window displays a description of each profile group. To edit the description:
Select the group from the Profile and Content Groups window. (To select a group without opening it, click any column other than the Name column.)
Select File > Edit Description. The Edit Description dialog box opens.
Type the new description for the group and click OK.
