The system watches for a previously anonymous visitor to register at your site (typically by completing a registration form set up by your site developers).
Note: If you include a Registers event element in a scenario, it is highly recommended that you insert a Wait element directly after it and set the amount of time to wait to 5 minutes. This extra wait period ensures the system has enough time to process the registration before it proceeds to any other elements in the scenario. See Creating a Scenario: Basic Steps for an example.
