Commerce Service Center defines two PricingModelHolders for pricing orders. Commerce Service Center decides which one to use based on the state of the order and each holder is initialized with promotions differently.
atg/commerce/custsvc/pricing/CustomerPricingModels– this holder is used when pricing incomplete orders. It is initialized with the active customer’s current promotionsatg/commerce/custsvc/pricing/SubmittedOrderPricingModels– this holder is used when pricing submitted orders. It is initialized with the order’s applied promotions
