Within the Rules system, each unique visitor is assigned a random number between 1 and 100. This is a server-side Condition which returns a True value if the visitor’s random number falls within the range specified by the Condition.
The following configurations are available for this Condition:
Range Start: This is the lowest number in the range for which the Condition will return a True value.
Range End: This is the highest number in the range for which the Condition will return a True value.
