This Action takes the value specified when the Action is being configured and uses it to populate the custom data field.
The following configuration options are available for this Action:
Custom Data Field: This is used to specify which custom data field should be populated with the specified value.
RightNow Custom Data Field: If you are a RightNow customer, this field is used to specify which of the RightNow Custom Data fields should be populated with the specified value. If you select Custom Data Field from the dropdown list a further configuration option is displayed:
RightNow Custom Data Field ID: This is used to specify the ID for the custom data field that should be populated with the specified value.
Value: This is used to specify the value that should be used to populate the custom data field.
