Actualización de un grupo de máquinas virtuales de base de datos (CLI)

Use este procedimiento para realizar alguno de estos cambios en un grupo de máquinas virtuales de base de datos:

  • Aumentar el número de máquinas virtuales en el grupo.

  • Aumentar o disminuir el número de núcleos en las máquinas virtuales.

  1. Inicie sesión en la CLI de la MCMU como administrador primario, como mcinstall.

    Consulte Inicio de sesión en la CLI de MCMU.

  2. Ejecute el comando profile update para introducir actualizaciones de máquinas virtuales.

    En este ejemplo, el número de máquinas virtuales en los nodos 1 y 2 se aumenta de dos máquinas virtuales por nodo a tres máquinas virtuales por nodo. Las máquinas virtuales nuevas son VM5 y VM6. El comando mcmu le solicita los parámetros de máquina virtual para las nuevas máquinas virtuales. Si presiona Intro, se acepta el valor por defecto, que se muestra entre paréntesis.


    Notas -  Cuando se completa este comando, se guardan las actualizaciones, pero no se aplican.

  3. Introduzca las nuevas direcciones IP públicas y los nombres de host públicos en su DNS.
  4. Ejecute el comando nuevamente para aplicar los cambios.

    Cuando se le solicite que edite, guarde o aplique un cambio, especifique A.

  5. Verifique los cambios.

    En este ejemplo, las máquinas virtuales con el ID 23 (uno en cada nodo) son nuevas máquinas virtuales de base de datos que se muestran con el estado de ejecución.

  6. Cree instancias de base de datos en las nuevas máquinas virtuales de base de datos:

    Si no agregó máquinas virtuales de bases de datos, este paso no se aplica.

    1. Visualice las instancias actuales.

      Observe que las nuevas máquinas virtuales no se muestran en la lista. Una vez que se han creado las nuevas instancias, puede comparar esta lista con una lista nueva. Consulte Step 7.
