Manage and enrich data
Bring all of your customer data into one place and use Oracle Unity's data management capabilities to review, manage, and update your data model. Create data objects and attributes as needed to suit the needs of your organization’s data.
Import and export data
Create ingest jobs, export jobs, and campaigns to send data into and out of Oracle Unity.
Create and maintain a master customer list
Oracle Unity will perform regularly scheduled tasks to complete ID resolution (deduplication, merge, and promotion of customer records). This allows Oracle Unity to aggregate data from multiple data points and create your organization's master list of customers.
Create customer profiles
With the Customer 360 system job, create customer profiles by matching attribute data to corresponding unique customer ID records. This system job helps your organization by searching and organizing your records to get a full 360 degree view of your customers.
Explore and segment customers
The Oracle Unity segmentation canvas comes with a full set of tools to target your customers for campaigns and the ability to personalize those campaign messages. Get segment counts instantly, and adjust your segments to balance reach and impact. To use your segments for targeting in campaigns and marketing programs, export your segments to your marketing orchestration tool, such as Oracle Responsys or Oracle Eloqua.
Analyze campaign performance
The analytics dashboard lets you leverage Oracle Unity’s unified data to gain insights into your customers and act on those insights. You can also track the performance of both active recurring and one-time campaigns based on a wide range of campaign metrics.
Import data into the Oracle Unity Data Warehouse in near real-time
You have the option of using the Oracle Unity Near real-time API to import time-sensitive data directly into the data warehouse. For example, you may want to use the Near real-time API to import data in near real-time related to website visitor data. This API allows you to query imported data quickly since you don't need to wait for the Data warehouse job to run and complete. Data is ingested and persisted in the data warehouse in a single operation.
