Classic Campaign Dashboard
Important: Effective June 2024, Responsys will not support Classic Campaign functionality. After the effective date, Campaign Designer will be the only Responsys tool for creating and sending targeted and personalized campaigns. Learn more about the Campaign Designer.
The Campaign Dashboard displays details of the selected campaign and any errors that need correction.
The sections of the Campaign Dashboard correspond to steps in the Campaign Wizard. You can use the links on the dashboard to edit specific elements of the campaign, or click a step in the Campaign Wizard to jump directly to that step.

Correcting Errors
If a campaign contains any errors that will prevent it from launching, the dashboard displays an Errors link in the section with the errors. Click that link to see details of the errors and use that information to resolve conflicts.
