Classic Campaign – Setting Up Link Tracking
Important: Effective June 2024, Responsys will not support Classic Campaign functionality. After the effective date, Campaign Designer will be the only Responsys tool for creating and sending targeted and personalized campaigns. Learn more about the Campaign Designer.
In a Classic Campaign, you set up link tracking. Link tracking gives you the ability to track recipient clicks for the campaign.
To set up link tracking:
- Select the Track link clicks in this campaign checkbox.
The list of available link tables opens.
- Do one of the following:
- To create a new link table, click the Click here link, then follow instructions for creating a link table. Use this method to build a link table from one or more existing HTML and plain-text documents. The link table is populated with the URLs and corresponding text descriptions that make up the hypertext links found in the documents.
- To use an existing link table:
- To remove a link table from the campaign, click Clear.
