Searching Bulk Processing Jobs
If you have the Administrator role, you can view the status and history of all the bulk processing jobs in your account. In this topic, a bulk processing job is an entry on the Process Status page for a NetSuite operation that is processed in the background.
Go to Setup > Company > Company Management > Bulk Processing Status List to view a list of bulk processing jobs. The columns that appear on this list include submission ID, submission status, percent complete, result, message, date created, and created by. Many of these columns also act as filters, so you can narrow the list to the processing jobs you want to see.
Expand the Filter area to show and use the filters provided. Available filters include the bulk process type, submission status, result, and who created the bulk processing job. You can use selectors to filter the bulk processing jobs by creation date and choose how you want the list displayed.
To view the types of bulk processing jobs available, use the Process Type field in the Filter area. The process type identifies the feature or operation that created the entry. The available process types depend on the features enabled in your account and the processing activity in your account.
