Viewing the Person Details

Prerequisites

To view the details of a person, you should have:

  • An algorithm defined using the C1-AC-INFO algorithm type and attached to the Account Information system event in the Algorithms tab of the Installation Options - Framework screen

  • An algorithm defined using the PERS-INFO algorithm type and attached to the Person Information system event in the Algorithms tab of the Installation Options - Framework screen

Procedure

To view the details of a person:

  1. Do either of the following:
    If you want to...Then
    Access the Person View screen through the Customer 360° View screen

    1. Search for the person in the Customer 360° View screen.

    2. In the Search Results section, click the Show Context Menu (The Context Menu Icon) icon corresponding to the person whose details you want to view.

      A menu appears.

    3. Click the Go To Person View menu option.
    Access the Person View screen through the Person screen

    1. Click the Menu link in the Application toolbar.

      A list appears.

    2. From the Main menu, select Person Information and then click Person.

      A sub-menu appears.

    3. Click the Search option from the Person sub-menu.

      The Person Search window appears.

    4. Search for the person in the Person Search window.

    5. In the Search Results section, click the person whose details you want to view.

      The Person screen appears.

    6. Click the Show Context Menu (The Context Menu Icon) icon corresponding to the Person ID field.

      A menu appears.

    7. Click the Go To Person View menu option.
    Access the Person View screen through the Current Context zone on the dashboard

    1. In the Current Context zone, click the Show Context Menu (The Context Menu Icon) icon corresponding to the person information string.

      A menu appears.

    2. Click the Go To Person View menu option.

    The Person View screen appears. It contains the following zones:

    • Person Information

    • Person Tree

    • Person Characteristics

    • Person Relationship

    • Person Relationship Characteristics

  2. View the details of the person in the Person Information zone.
  3. View the accounts linked to the person in the Person Tree zone.
  4. View the characteristics of the person in the Person Characteristics zone.
  5. View the child persons included in the person's hierarchy in the Person Relationship zone.
  6. View the characteristics of the person to person relationship in the Person Relationship Characteristics zone.
