Extendable Lookup Value

The Extendable Lookup Value zone displays the details of the extendable lookup value. It contains the following sections:

• Main - Displays basic information about the extendable lookup value. It contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description
  Extendable Lookup Value	Displays the value of the extendable lookup.
  Description	Displays the description of the extendable lookup value.
  Override Description	Displays the override description of the extendable lookup value.
  Detailed Description	Displays addition information about the extendable lookup value.
  Status	Indicates the status of the extendable lookup value. The valid values are: Active Inactive

• Contract Information - Lists the contract types using which the contracts should be automatically created for accounts belonging to a particular division. It contains the following columns:

  Column Name	Column Description
  Division	Indicates the division whose accounts' contract must be automatically created.
  Contract Type	Indicates the contract type using which the contract must be created.
  Contract Status	Indicates the status in which the contract must be created. The valid values are: Active Canceled Incomplete Pending Start Pending Stop
  Contract Characteristics	On clicking the Add () icon, you can view the characteristics which must be defined for the contract on creation.

  In addition, a grid appears when you click the Add () icon corresponding to a division and contract type combination. It contains the following columns:

  Column Name	Column Description
  Characteristic Type	Indicates the characteristic type.
  Characteristic Value	Displays the value of the characteristic type.

• Record Actions - This section contains the following buttons:

  Button Name	Button Description
  Edit	Used to edit the details of the extendable lookup value.
  Delete	Used to delete the extendable lookup value.
  Duplicate	Used to create a new extendable lookup value using an existing extendable lookup value.

• Record Information - This section contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description
  Business Object	Indicates the business object using which the extendable lookup value is created. In addition, a context menu appears corresponding to this field which helps in navigating to other screens in the application. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Business Object screen appears where you can view the details of the respective business object.
  Owner	Indicates whether the extendable lookup value is created by the framework, product, or customer. The valid values are: Base Customer Modification Framework

By default, the Extendable Lookup Value zone does not appear in the Extendable Lookup screen. It appears when you click the Broadcast () icon corresponding to an extendable lookup value in the Extendable Lookup Value List zone.
