If you do not own a task and you have the appropriate role/permissions, a Claim link appears in the Action column for the task.
On the Tasks tab, filter and/or sort the Solution Queue. For more information, see Sorting and Filtering the Solution Queue.
Click the Claim link. The available Actions change to Edit and Release.
