If you own a task, a Release link appears in the Action column for the task. Releasing a task marks it as unassigned.
On the Tasks tab, filter and/or sort the Solution Queue. For more information, see Sorting and Filtering the Solution Queue.
Click the Release link. The available Actions change to Edit and Release.
