With Agent facing server configurations, the JTDataSource references its own schema rather than the one used by the Customer facing server. In addition to the JTDataSource, Agent facing servers use a JTDataSource_production file. This JTDataSource_production data source references all operational data, which includes profiles, orders, tickets, and inventory data.
The catalog may still continue to uses the ProductCatalogSwitchingDataSource component.
