This feature includes the ability to automatically handle the disposition of the current ticket whenever it changes. Whenever a different ticket will be loaded into the environment as a result of a change request, one of several disposition options must be selected as for the ticket being replaced (e.g. the current ticket).

For UI initiated changes, the framework will automatically prompt the agent to select from a set of disposition options before the change can be completed. This prompt also has the option to cancel the change and leave the environment state unchanged.

It should be noted that the warnings and the ticket disposition options share the same UI prompt and therefore it’s possible to see both warnings and the ticket disposition options in a single prompt.
