Disabled rules are not used during topic assignment.
To enable or disable a rule pattern:
On the Search Workbench tab, select Topic Sets from the Show menu.
In the Topic Sets menu, select Topic Sets > Your Topic Set > Your Topic.
Click the Rules tab.
Check or uncheck the rule to enable or disable it.
