The overall process for adding query rules is:
Create a rule set; see Creating a Rule Set.
Add a group to the rule set; see Adding Rule Groups to Rule Sets and Rule Groups.
Add rules to the groups; see Adding Rules to Rule Groups.
Note: If you change the name of a query rule set or delete a query rule set, you must perform a full reindex of your content.
