Description: A Solaris Fault Manager module generated a diagnosis for which no
message summary exists.

Response: The diagnosis has been saved in the fault log for examination.

Impact: The fault log will need to be manually examined using fmdump(1M)
in order to determine if any human response is required.

Action: Use 'fmadm faulty' to provide a more detailed view of this event.
Please refer to the associated reference document at
http://support.oracle.com/msg/FMD-8000-11 for the latest service
procedures and policies regarding this diagnosis.

This issue occurs during the initial system boot only on physical function (PF) devices and not on virtual function (VF) devices.

Workaround: Change the connection-options parameter to point-to-point only in the qlc.conf file, clear the FMA error, and then reboot the system.
