No Resource Types Listed in the Pull-Down Menu When Creating a New Resource Through the GUI Wizard (19013853)

Problem Summary: When the resource creation wizard is executed within a zone cluster, the menu to select the resource type can be empty.

Workaround: Restart the Oracle GlassFish Server using the following command:
