Problem Summary: This problem occurs when cacao fails several times, triggering a watchdog recovery action that launches a script that runs jstack. If the version of jstack does not match the Java version, the resulting mismatch errors are sent to the /var/cacao/instances/default/proc_scan.txt file until the file system is full.
Workaround: Ensure that the cluster is running at least Oracle Solaris 11.1 SRU 19.
