GUI Does Not Refresh Data for Protection Groups in Certain Scenarios (19027066)

Problem Summary: Sometimes the GUI does not refresh the protection group data. As a result, some of the GUI buttons are incorrectly enabled or disabled.

Workaround: Click the cluster's Refresh button.
