Problem Summary: A show configuration command on the standby cluster hangs especially when there are network connection issues between the primary cluster and the standby cluster. As a result, show configuration requests pile up sometimes, leading to maximum number of processes exceeded (ORA-00020).
Workaround: Apply the Oracle Database patch 18746643.
