In some cases, you may want to force all registered user passwords to expire at the same time. The next time any registered shopper logs in, they will have to reset their password.
To expire all passwords:
On the Settings tab, click Shopper Settings.
Click the Expire All Passwords button.
Confirm that you want to force all passwords to expire immediately.
